How does it work?

Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance and generally completed over the phone or via Skype, although subject to distance restrictions can also be face to face. You take on as much ‘fieldwork’ as you choose, remembering that most of the learning & growth arises from the action you take between the calls. Typical areas covered include, but are not restricted to:

  1. Crystal clear goals
    you will become clear on where you wish to be, where you are now and what you will do to get there. We will also consolidate what has already been done to ensure you can continue to benefit from previous activity.
  2. Mindset
    you will identify your core values and evaluate whether you are working with them or against them. Then we will identify and eliminate hidden beliefs that add nothing to who you are yet limit your potential. Imagine all the stuff that has been holding you back without your knowledge – gone!
  3. Strength
    too many people waste their true potential trying to develop their weaknesses rather than building on their strengths. You will identify your core strengths and put them to work delivering a step change in performance and energy levels.
  4. Relationships 
    everyone has relationships that they wish were more effective, both at work and beyond work. You will target key relationships, identify what is taking place and learn how to adapt your communication to take each relationship up to the next level.
  5. Organisational change
    focused support developing and implementing change programmes to ensure the required results are delivered to schedule – whether its working with a specific team or the whole organisation.
  6. Positive accountability 
    It’s lonely at the top, and the further you go the less support you get. Regular coaching sessions will fill the void, generating personal accountability and establishing an invaluable support structure that will keep you on track to success.

We start with either a 3 or 6 month period, and then ask clients to simply stay with us as long as they love the coaching and are getting much more value than the money they are paying. With our ability to support organisational change and development this could range from twelve months to a period of several years.

 

We have a range of options to suit every need and budget:

Option 1
Option 1 is one 50 minute phone session per month at set times. This is supplemented by e-Mail support where needed. We provide this extra service without billing for any additional time but ask that emails and the responses they require are brief.
Reschedules can be made with 2 weeks notice.

Option 2
For increased support and faster results, option 2 is two 50 minute phone sessions per month at set times. This is supplemented by e-Mail support and short ‘power coaching’ calls where needed. We provide this extra service without billing for any additional time but ask that emails and the responses they require are short and that you keep calls brief (e.g. 5 minutes).
Reschedules can be made with 1 weeks notice.

Option 3
Our most popular package combines acceleration and flexibility. It also comprises two 50 minute phone sessions per month but a variety of times and days can be agreed. If required, sessions can be extended to 1hr 30 minutes once each month at no extra charge, reschedules can be made at 24 hours notice and sessions can be accumulated for up to 3 months and/or transferred to other parties.
This package includes an incredibly powerful personality profile and an enlightening personal strengths profile at no extra charge.

Option 4
For those who are passionate about leadership transformation, Option 4 is our most comprehensive package and includes everything in option 3, plus:

  • An extra 50 min session per month allocated to someone of your choice
  • An annual 3 hour transformation acceleration session (F2F within 60 miles or via Skype)
  • 1 day team facilitation or training per quarter charged at expenses only
  • One free place per year on our 3 day ‘Personal Leadership Programme’
  • 20% discount on all other work completed
