Competition Terms and Conditions, Internal Alignment

  1. The promoter: This competition is organised and run by Internal Alignment.
  2. The prize: The winner will receive the prize as outlined on the web page that announced the competition. The promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value should the need arise. The payment of all costs and expenses involved in claiming a Prize are the responsibility of the winner(s). The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  3. Who can enter? This competition is open to UK-based HR professionals and senior leaders. Entrants must be over the age of 18. Only one entry per company will be counted.
  4. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions as final and binding: Entries which are not in accordance with the terms and conditions will be disqualified.
  5. Competition duration: The competition will run only when the main web page offer is still visible to all. Entries received when the competition is not running will not be counted.
  6. How will the winner be announced? Internal Alignment will inform the winner by email.
  7. Claiming the prize: The winner must claim the prize within 28 days of this email. If the prize is not claimed within this time, a second name on the list will be chosen.
  8. Employees of Internal Alignment are not permitted to enter this competition.
  9. The promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the prize draw at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
  10. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
